This just popped up today and it just makes me all the more eager to see this series. I recommend the comic book of ‘The Walking Dead’ to everyone, not only is it a fine comic book but it is also a magnificent piece of literature. After Halloween I hope to be able to recommend this great looking series to everyone too. I trust Frank Darabont, the writer and director of the series, to deliver the goods. This is the man who gave us ‘The Mist’, ‘The Shawshank Redemption’ and ‘The Green Mile’. Here he is working with stellar source material so we should be in for a fun ride. I also have a lot of faith in the network, AMC, as they are producing some amazing stuff at the moment including ‘Mad Men’. They are quickly becoming the third channel after HBO and Showtime.
