Film Actually Podcast – The Tron Special

We finally organised our time differences and lined up work schedules to bring you our new one off podcast, “Film Actually – The Tron Special”.

On the 16th of February, “Film Actually” hosts David McVay and Josh Philpott were joined by one of the hosts of the “Reel Junkies“, Fox4649 (AKA James Rogers) for an in-depth and lengthy discussion about all things “Tron” (Past, Present & Future).

We talk about our experiences watching the original  “Tron” and our feelings about that classic film. We talk about the bridging computer games era and the new sequel, “Tron Legacy”. We discuss the new film in detail including the soundtrack by Daft Punk, the visual effects and even the deep philosophical themes behind the film plus much more. We also take some time to talk about our opinions on the future of the “Tron” franchise.
