Ewan McGregor is a ghost writer hired to help a former British Prime Minister write his memoirs after the first ghost mysteriously commits suicide. When the politician finds himself embroiled in a war crimes scandal the ghost writer finds he might be in a little deep as he soon starts to unravel a mystery that could put him in mortal danger. Our Verdict: A good but not brilliant film and should be very well received by fans of the slow pot boiler style thriller. Not Polanski's finest film but a fairly solid entry in the political thriller genre.
