Yahoo! Tech is reporting that rumours have surfaced that Apple will release two different tablets, a 6″ model probably running the iPhone OS and a 10″ model that will be a fully functional OSX machine capable of running all Mac software.
Wow, if this is true, sign me up! Interestingly enough I think I would be more inclined to get the 6″ model as I have a lovely 17″ MacBook Pro already for laptop computing. The 6″ model would be a perfect media and internet device.
Of course all of this is rumour and speculation and we won’t know anything until September 9th when Apple holds their special event.
Oh, and just one more thing, there is also a very popular rumour going around that Steve Jobs will deliver the presentation. If this is true that adds a lot of weight to the tablet rumours as he would want to deliver a big product. If this is just an iPod refresh, why would he bother?
