Okay, the Oscar Nominations for this year (The 82nd Annual Academy Awards) have now been announced. A pretty predictable list as usual. I will say that opening it up to 10 best picture nominations is at the same time as being dumb at least allows films like District 9 and Avatar (genre films never get the oscar nod) to get included. I will say up front that I am pissed off that Moon didn’t get any love. Moon is, in my opinion, was one of the best films of the year. Here is a list of the main awards.
