Back in July we posted the first trailer for the George Lucas produced WWII film “Red Tails”. Now a new trailer and a shiny new poster have been revealed. The more I see, the more I want to watch this film. The combat flying special effects by George Lucas’ Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) are nothing short of dazzling.
As we said back on July, this is a pet project of George Lucas and tells the story of the Tuskegee Airmen, the first all black squadron during World War II.
“Red Tails” is directed by Anthony Hemingway and stars Cuba Gooding Jr., Terrence Howard, Bryan Cranston, Nate Parker, David Oyelowo, Tristan Wilds, Cliff Smith aka Method Man, Kevin Phillips, Rick Otto, Lee Tergesen, Andre Royo, Ne-Yo, Elijah Kelley, Marcus T. Paulk, Leslie Odom Jr., Michael B. Jordan and Daniela Ruah. The film opens in January 2012.
